1. Order Preparation

Most orders are prepared within 2โ€“5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may require up to 6 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Standard shipping fee: $6.99 per order

Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery begins after an order has been processed and shipped.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, local holidays, and peak shopping periods may occasionally affect delivery.

3. Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, a confirmation email containing available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow 1โ€“3 business days for the carrierโ€™s tracking system to display its first update.

A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that a package is lost. Some carriers do not scan parcels at every stage of transportation.

4. International Orders and Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout:

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Any applicable fees are determined by local customs authorities

  • The recipient is responsible for paying required import charges

  • Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time

Kelrunebโ„ข does not control customs decisions or local import-processing schedules.

5. Address Changes and Cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

To request a change or cancellation, contact service@kelruneb.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Kelrunebโ„ข is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrectly submitted address information.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Before contacting support about a delayed order, please:

  • Review the latest tracking information

  • Check around the delivery location

  • Ask household members or neighbors

  • Contact the local carrier when appropriate

  • Confirm that the shipping address is correct

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost in transit, contact our support team for review.

Verified lost-in-transit orders may qualify for a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

7. Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label

After reviewing the request, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Please keep the product and original packaging until the review is complete.

8. Multiple-Package Deliveries

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages due to product availability, packaging requirements, or fulfillment locations.

When this occurs, packages may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
